The Auto-Sleepers Surrey which has been on long-term loan with Which Motorhome has already travelled far and wide with a number of trips down to the coast.
In the latest instalment the Surrey heads to the lesser travelled version of Newquay....New Quay in Wales.
Long-term tests provide a unique insight into a motorhome that can otherwise be missed at times when vans are tested for a day or even a weekend away. Users and customers are able to determine the longevity of the product and associated build quality, or lack thereof. It’s the type of test that really “tests” the depth of the product and it’s offerings above and beyond the basic cosmetics and flash. Certain elements, which may also have been overlooked initially, come to the fore and provide insight into their being and the design decision that led to their placement in a motorhome where space utilisation is built upon an eternal compromise. In this review even Jo Vaughan an accomplished motorhome tester and writer is converted to a feature of the Surrey she questioned upon her initial assessment of it.
Join Jo on her travels to New Quay on a typically wet bank holiday weekend.
